PAYMENT INFORMATION

​

• Payments will be made in full and upfront. Work will not be started until payment has been completed.

• Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and details.

• Commissions will be completed in order of payment submissions. When you submit payment, you will be notified what position you are in the queue.

• All transactions will be made through written invoices via Paypal.

• Payments are non-refundable once I have started work on your commission. If cancellations are made before work has been started, you will receive a full refund. If I have to cancel for personal reasons or life events, a refund will be made based on amount of work completed. 

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

 

LICENSING AND USAGE

 

• I reserve the rights to use all commissioned works for personal, promotional, or portfolio use. 

• You may post the commissioned work on social medias without alteration and with credit. Please link back to my Instagram, Twitter, and/or website. 

• You hold rights to your character’s IP. I retain the rights to the artwork made.

• You may NOT have another artist draw over, finish, rework, or otherwise alter the image (i.e. buying a sketch and having another artist ink and color it) or do so yourself without express written permission. Any edits to the commission must be done by the original artist.

• You may NOT under any circumstances claim the work as your own.

• You may not sell or profit from a piece commissioned. If interested in a commission for commercial use, full global rights must be purchased for an additional 2x the cost of the commission pricing. This is a one-time licensing fee and must be made with the initial commission purchase. 

 

COMMISSION PROCESS

 

• Submit a commission request form. I will respond via email and we will determine the content, style, and price of the commission.

• Paypal Invoice is emailed once terms are agreed on, including the queue order of your commission. Work will not begin until paid in full.

• I will notify you via email once I have started your commission.

• You will be sent a rough progress sketch for approval before finalizing. If the commission is a full-render, you will also be sent a color in-progress version before final lighting and rendering is completed. 

• A maximum of 3 major revisions are permitted per order only.

• You will receive a high resolution png file to your email upon completion. 

• All commissioned artworks include an artist-chosen paper textured background (white, tan, or gray) unless background add-ons are purchased.

• Feel free to post the finished piece with credit linked back to my Instagram, Twitter, and/or website!
